Guangzhou Future Source Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FutureScan mobile application (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

1.1 Scan Content Stays on Your Device

FutureScan is a document scanning tool. Camera frames, imported photos, processed images, OCR text, and ID-field recognition results are processed on your device and stored in the application sandbox. We do not upload your scan images, OCR text, or ID recognition results to our servers.

1.2 Device Permissions

The Service may request the following permissions only to provide the related feature. You may deny or later revoke any permission in your device settings.

• Camera: capture paper documents and IDs for scanning
• Photos / Storage: import images from your gallery and save scan results back to your gallery
• Location: optional, used only to attach approximate capture-location metadata to a document for your own filing. We do not use location for advertising or tracking
• Internet: optional account services, version checks, and anonymous crash or usage reports

We do not request contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, health data, or advertising identifiers (such as IDFA / AAID) for tracking across apps.

1.3 Optional Account Information

Account registration is optional. If you choose to create an account, we may collect:

• Phone number or email address, used for registration, login, password reset, and verification codes
• Nickname and avatar, used to display your profile
• Optional profile fields such as gender or birthday, if you choose to provide them
• Login credentials and a device identifier, used to keep you signed in and to protect the account
• Apple Sign-In tokens and the email Apple returns, if you use Sign in with Apple. We never receive your Apple ID password

If you use the Service without signing in, we do not collect the account information listed above.

1.4 Non-Personal Anonymous Information

With your consent where required, we may collect non-personal anonymous information solely for the purpose of improving the Service's performance and stability:

• Device information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and system language
• Application performance data: Crash logs, application launch time, and page loading speed
• Feature usage statistics: Anonymous counts of which features are used most frequently

Anonymous reports do not include scan images, OCR text, ID information, passwords, or verification codes. Aggregated data cannot be used to identify any individual user.

2. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your scan content to third parties. We do not share information with advertising partners.

If you use optional account features, we may share the minimum necessary data with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• SMS or email delivery providers, solely to send verification codes
• Apple, solely to complete Sign in with Apple

These providers are not permitted to use your information for other purposes. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

3. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it:

• Scan documents remain on your device unless you export them yourself
• Account credentials, when used, are stored with platform-secure storage and transmitted over encrypted connections in production
• You can delete individual documents, clear cache, or uninstall the application to remove local data
• If you registered an account, you may request account deletion inside the application or by contacting us

Please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Your Rights

As a user of our Service, you have the following rights:

• Access and control: You can view, export, and delete scan documents on your device at any time
• Permission control: You can revoke camera, photos, location, or network access in device settings. Core local viewing of already saved documents remains available
• Account deletion: If you created an account, you may delete it. After deletion we remove server-side account data, and local documents tied to that account are cleared and cannot be recovered
• Data deletion: Uninstalling the application permanently deletes local application data

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
